Opened in 2019, the hot and trendyVibe Hotel Sydney Darling Harbourdoes not only come with a fantastic heated rooftop pool, but also a swanky rooftop bar, called Above 319.
While the pool is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel, the rooftop bar is open for everyone to enjoy panoramic views over Darling Harbour and the Sydney skyline.
Usually open from midday until late, the rooftop bar and restaurant offers a menu filled with both smaller and larger bites, like Miso Beef Salad and Salmon Tartare, as well as refreshing cocktails (some available in jugs) and a nice selection of wine, beer and bubbles.
With a sophisticated yet vibrant lounge vibe, Above 319 rooftop works for anything from relaxing drinks in the sun, to fun after-works and evening cocktails and nibbles under the stars.
